Hurricane Katrina Organizations Hurricane Katrina Organizations

Americans are pulling together to help the residents along the Gulf Coast affected by Hurricane Katrina.  New Orleans, LA levees failed to keep the water from covering the city.  Areas of Mississippi and Alabama also were devastated by the hurricane and millions have lost their lives, property, and sense of everyday life.

Organizations have already been assigned to help and financial assistance is recommended over clothing or other items.   If you are able, the families along the Gulf Coast would greatly appreciate your contributions!
